The service

HOHMA (hohma.app) is a party game service: everyone plays on their own phone, a shared screen is optional. It is operated by [OWNER: имя или название / name / Name].

The service is in open beta: features change and there may be interruptions.

Free and paid

Mini-games are free. Paid scenarios and challenges, once available, will be sold under separate terms shown to you before payment.

Conduct

Do not use offensive, illegal or other people’s names and texts. Do not disrupt other players or the service: no guessing codes, overloading the server or trying to gain someone else’s access.

A host can remove a player from their session. We may close a session or account if these rules are broken.

Your texts

Names, answers and feedback you enter remain yours. You allow us to show them to the members of your session and to use feedback to improve the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost game progress or indirect damage.

Changes

We may change these terms and will point out material changes on the site. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version.
