About the game

One player gets a secret word on their phone and acts it out with gestures, faces and poses; everyone else shouts their guesses. Pick a theme or mix them all, a minute for each word, one skip per round. The guesser and the actor both score — you win together. Then the actor picks who goes next.

How to play

  1. One acts, all guess

The actor picks a theme. Only they see the word — on their phone. Everyone else watches and shouts their guesses out loud.

  2. Not a word

Use gestures, faces and poses. No talking, no sounds of the word, no spelling it out with letters — that's the table rule.

  3. A minute per word

Tap “Start” and the minute begins. Guessed it — tap “Guessed” and pick who said it. One skip per round; time's up — the word is lost and the next one gets a fresh minute.

  4. You win together

The guesser gets a point for each word, and the actor gets a point for every word guessed. Five words a card.

  5. Who's next?

After the round the actor picks who acts next. The host can also just carry on — then it goes round the circle.
